Terms of Service

📄 COMMISSIONING- Please include any references and a good description of the piece you want. Refer to Dos and Don'ts below to see what I am comfortable drawing.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.💸 PAYMENT- Payment is done through Paypal. I will send an invoice.
- Invoice must be paid in full upfront for a commission to begin.🎨 PROCESS- After payment, I will keep you updated on the process through WIPs. An initial sketch will be sent for approval and to request any changes.
- At any stage of the commission, you may request minor changes. If a change is large, an additional fee may be added.
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, either for:
1. An inability to complete the commission
2. Uncooperative or offensive client behavior.
- There will be no refunds, with the exception of the case described in the first reason above.🖐 USE- I retain all the rights to my work, including the right to distribute, copy, or use as samples.
- The completed work may be shared on social media platforms, but you may tell me to keep it private. You may post it on your own social media as long as I am credited.
- The finished work can be freely used personally (as a profile pic, etc.). However, you may NOT use my work for commercial use, minting NFTs, or claiming the work as your own.
- The finished work may not be greatly modified such that it appears greatly different from the original.Terms of service are subject to change. Please contact me if you have any questions!
